1. Planning, supervising and implementation of programme for the infants in accordance with centre’s philosophy and pedagogy.
2. Carry out routine care activities to ensure safety, health and hygiene of the infants. Examples of routine care activities are showering, diapering, drinking of milk/water, preparation of milk, assisting during meal times and ensuring infant naps.
3. Be responsible for all aspects of classroom management including the upkeep of the classroom and learning environment.
4. Monitoring, assessing, recording and reporting on infant’s developmental progression.
5. To assist in building and maintaining close partnership with parents.
6. Involvement in school activities and events.
