In 2017, we expanded to enable NFL and NCAA football players to obtain custom-fit helmets. What can you expect?
As a Team Lead at NetVirta, you will join our growing technology team in the Singapore office and engage in projects as well as product management for a fast-moving team.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, marketing, and business development teams on the development, QA, and release of products
- Leading project planning sessions and managing all aspects of projects
- Ensure the team meet delivery schedule
- Regularly review team practices to remove outdated practices/introduce new practices that suit the team
- Guide and mentor team members
- Lead the hiring effort to ensure the team has the right talent to excel
- Drive continuous integration processes & automation
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Computing, Business Administration or related fields
- Experience leading a team of developers
- Knowledgeable in front-end technologies e.g. Angular, CSS, and back-end technologies e.g. Django, Python
- Familiarity with common task scheduling and issue tracking tools e.g. Jira
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
- Leadership skills
- Stakeholder management skills
Good-to-have:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification
- Capacity to manage high stress situations
- Big-picture thinking and vision
