Responsibilities & Duties
- Contact customers and informing them on their overdue accounts
- Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments
- Negotiating suitable payment plans
- Responding to customer queries
- Meeting monthly KPIs
Job Requirement
- GCE ‘N’ level and above
- Previous working experience in the Credit Card Industry preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks and complete work on a timely basis
- Able to work overtime as and when required
