KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To oversee the project safety, design, planning and installation of the hookup activities (Gas, Chemical, Slurry, Exhaust, Foreline, Electrical, etc) to ensure that the hookup installations were completed on time, especially dealing with dynamic tool move-in at 6~10 tools move in /day in peak duration.
- Prepare hook-up planning and tracking list based on move-in schedule, hook-up procedure, work sequence, etc.
- Provide hook-up technical expertise for the project.
- Perform Hook-up site visits as required.
- Lead hook-up team comprising engineers, and drafters to provide project management on hook-up and services to end client.
- Preparation of weekly and management reports.
- Preparation of progress claim
- Responsible for operation and coordination in Hook Up project management
- Responsible for reviewing and preparing documentation relative to hook-up activities.
- Handling day-to-day hook-up operations.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Process or equivalent in a recognized University or institution
- Required technical knowledge of hook-up utilities for semiconductor tools including UPW, drain, exhaust, gas, chemical, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry and update.
- Proficient in utility hook-up diagrams and relevant paperwork
- Candidates with at least 10 years of experience in semiconductor and clean room environments will be preferred.
- Independent, driven, responsible, mature team leader with positive work attitude
- Good interpersonal, communication (verbal/written) skills and organization skills
- Speaking Mandarin will be an advantage.
