Job responsibilities:
- Issuing Purchase Orders based on purchase requisition
- Following up on outstanding backlog and expediting of urgent materials
- Work with Finance/Store to resolve DO/Invoice discrepancy
- Work with QC to resolve suppliers’ quality issues
- Involve with yearly audit ISO9001 & 14001
- Sourcing, evaluate and purchasing of electronics components/mechanical parts from reliable supplier that can meet required specifications
- Negotiates with suppliers for better pricing, quantity, delivery terms
- Comparison of specifications and pricing and counter propose to Engineers for alternative approval
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any procurement relate course
- 2 to 3 years procurement/purchasing experience in electronics manufacturing industry
- Family with Microsoft office (Excel and words)
