- Execute HR systems and strategies appropriate to the Company’s and the Group’s corporate mission and goals.
- Manage staffing strategies and oversee the attraction of the employees to the Company and/or the Group.
- Update manager on employee-relations policies, as needed, to facilitate and ensure alignment with the Company and/or the Group strategy.
- Interact with employees on the Company and/or the Group HR matters.
- Monitor compliance with employment laws and regulations in Singapore and countries where the Company and/or the Group has a business presence in.
- Manage adequacy of health and safety procedures of the Company and/or the Group.
- Drive the employee value proposition for all levels of staff.
- Ensure that employees are engaged and committed to the organisation’s goals and values, and are motivated to contribute to the organisational success.
- Ensure the organisational culture is communicated to and adopted by all employees of the Company and/or the Group.
- Monitor the employee performance ie attendance, medical, education, welfare, etc of the Company and/or the Group.
- Create and update the information to the employee profile file.
- Supervise and coach staff.
