Job Description
- Greet, assist patients/clients in the clinic and manage phone, email and walk-in enquiries on all products.
- Help to schedule appointments for doctors and patients.
- Assist in resolving incoming patients’ issues relating to appointments, orders and products.
- Plan, prepare, issue quotations/invoices and process orders accurately and timely
- Support and assist in the preparation on administrative roles and submission of documents
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales, orders and issues.
