We have been providing a wide range of corporate services including corporate secretarial, accounting advisory, payroll and cash management services to a wide spectrum of clients both in Singapore and internationally. Our Business Process Outsourcing Division is looking for highly motivated, dynamic professionals with a keen sense of commitment to join our practice as:
ASSISTANT MANAGER (BPO)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage a portfolio of clients that the firm is providing accounting, payroll, cash management, GST and other compliance services.
· Support the team of associates in the execution of work including and not restricted to the preparation of the clients’ accounts, preparation or review of clients’ quarterly GST returns, etc.
· Provide supervision guidance and training to a team of associates within the group.
· Ensure firm’s service standards and clients’ reporting deadlines are met.
· From time to time. undertake any other ad-hoc advisory assignments
REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
· At least 5 years of relevant experience with public accounting firms or in similar BPO environment.
· Ability to work independently and efficiently
· Possess good knowledge of GST and FRS
· Possess working knowledge of MYOB, SAP or other ERP software preferred
· Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
