REPORTS TO: Director
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for individuals who have a positive attitude, great initiative, sense of responsibility, well organized and able to operate independently and autonomously. Well versed with procedures, workflow and abide by rules and regulations set forth by the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform daily accounting tasks including accounts payable, arranging payments, preparing vouchers, general ledger entries and filing in timely manner
- Prepare full-set month-end closing including preparing accounts schedules, bank reconciliation etc
- Provide support in year-end audit of the entities under the group
- Prepare regular and ad hoc management reports
- Assist in handling general office & administration duties
- Assist in other ad hoc assignment as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good command of spoken & written English
- Proficient in PC skills, strong in MS Excel and familiarity with GST filing will be a plus
- Responsible and self-motivated team player with good sense of task prioritization, strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Accounting software knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB Software is an advantage
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- Immediate availability is preferred
