Description / Responsibilities:
1 Manage orders and the ordering system.
2 Liaise with suppliers regarding stock and ordering matters.
3 Address and resolve outlet inquiries concerning stock and
ordering.
4 Review Purchase Orders and invoices, promptly resolving any
discrepancies.
5 Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the
payment process.
6 Manage overseas imports, process orders, and oversee the
importing process.
7 Maintain optimal warehouse inventory levels and ensure stock
adequacy.
8 Assist the Manager in reviewing and sourcing new suppliers and
products.
9 Regularly review and analyze the performance of menu items.
10 Manage and update relevant reports on a regular basis.
11 Propose ideas for new menu items and assist in their introduction.
12 Support and facilitate the launch of new menu items.
13 Conduct visits to outlets to review kitchen operational procedures.
14 Support and propose improvements to cooking guides and kitchen
SOPs regularly.
15 Undergo training at outlet kitchens to familiarize with operations.
Requirements:
• Singaporean / SPR only
• Min degree , no experience needed
• Proficient in Microsoft office (e.g. Excel, Word,)
• 5 days week (9am to 6pm)
