Our client is a well-established, leading 3PL providing value chain management services, 3rd party logistics, reverse logistics & distribution to multinational clients worldwide. Due to their expansion, their operations at GUL CIRCLE area is currently looking for a PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR (PLANNER)
Salary offered: up to $3600
Work location: Gul Circle (1 bus stop away from Joon Koon MRT)
Transport: Provided from Jurong East MRT
Work days: 5 days week, Mondays - Fridays 8.30am - 5.45pm
Work terms: Permanent with attractive benefits
Purpose:
- Ensure all logistics activities are well coordinated to meet customers’ requirements.
- To ensure all inventories are properly managed with accuracy.
- To be responsible for receiving of goods (Raw Material and FG), work order kitting and all outbound shipment.
- To ensure all data entries are done timely and accurately.
- To ensure and monitor respective customer KPIs accordingly.
- To act as a liaison person between the company and customers on all business-related issues.
- To ensure billings and payment are prompt at all times.
- Any other responsibilities as and when assign by his/her superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or other relevant fields
- At least 2 years of experience in operations planning in a supply chain environment
- Knowledge in MRP and SAP systems will be added advantage
