Responsibilities
- To manage, maintain and implement Food Quality and Safety Management System.
- To enforce Food Quality and Safety Policy, MSC COC Policy and Procedures in the company premise.
- To conduct daily/weekly routine validation inspection to ensure compliance (CCP, RPR, OPRP, GMP, GHP, MSC) and identify problematic areas for improvement.
- To investigate and report on any nonconformance observed in the work place and customer returns.
- To assist in preparation of the organization for customer audit, regulatory audits and external accreditation reviews.
- Participate in the Internal audit and Design & Development program.
- Perform monthly lab test, data analysis and QA reports.
- Liaise with authorities and 3rd party, manage license renewal.
- Record and file all works, ad-hoc projects and report writing.
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior.
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Food Science or Quality or related professional Engineering certificate on related skill.
- At least 3 years of QA working experience in the Food & Beverage or Food Packaging Manufacturing industry is required for this positio
- Strong Knowledge in ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 management system
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certified is a must
- ISO or FSIS 22000 / HACCP Internal Auditor certified is an advantage
- Strong in Brain Storming and Analytical Knowledge
- Able to make decision and reporting
