We are seeking for a Business Process Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development and optimization of our processes using innovative solutions.
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri
- Working Location: Central, Singapore
- Salary Package: Up to $8800 (basic) + AWS
- To be specialized in analyzing business processes and workflows by using K2 automation and AI Bot
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business teams to identify business needs using human-centric and visual methods such as service journeys.
- Apply Design Thinking and Service Design methodologies to assess current state gaps and challenges.
- Work with project teams to create user stories, functional/technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Evaluate and recommend suitable technologies for workflows and processses, aligning with the company's technology directions.
- Plan, organize, and deliver GenAI workshops to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Develop AI bots and implement rapid development solutions for corporate processes.
- Engage in hands-on coding and development work as needed.
- Ensure the seamless integration of K2 workflows and ServiceNow where applicable.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Collaborate with support teams to address technical problems during the Operations & Maintenance phase.
- Continuously identify new digital transformation opportunities for the company.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in IT business analysis, application solution design, and testing.
- Strong technical background with proficiency in programming languages and development tools.
- Experience in planning and delivering workshops or training sessions.
- Hands-on coding experience and the ability to quickly develop and implement solutions.
