Overview of the role

At Maneuver Marketing, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support our dynamic team. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting our staff, and enhancing our organizational processes.


Key Responsibilities


Communication Management

Handle day-to-day communications within and outside the organization, manage emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring all communications are directed to the appropriate departments.
Document and Database Management

Maintain accurate company records and databases, organize documents in both physical and digital formats.
Office Supplies and Equipment Management

Ensure the office is well-stocked and all equipment is functioning properly through effective inventory management and vendor liaison.
Human Resources Support

Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling interviews, onboarding new employees, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Facility Management

Oversee the maintenance of the office environment, managing cleaning, maintenance schedules, and safety protocols.
IT Coordination

Collaborate with IT support to ensure technological systems are functioning efficiently and manage software updates and troubleshooting.
Event Planning

Assist in organizing company events, coordinating logistics to ensure successful execution.
Problem Solving and Decision Making

Resolve administrative issues and challenges efficiently, using effective decision-making skills to maintain office efficiency.
Project Assistance

Support various departmental projects by providing administrative assistance, tracking project timelines, and ensuring timely delivery.
Travel Management

Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries for business travel.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools and applications.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.


Preferred Skills

Experience with office moves
Experience in managing corporate events.
Understanding of basic HR functions and compliance.
