Responsibilities
- Carry out financial modelling and feasibility studies for Investments
- Prepare management reports and board papers
- Evaluate and structure real estate deals and manage the deal execution process including due diligence, negotiation and structuring
- Sourcing, evaluating and closing of financing from new/existing lenders
- Monitoring and analysing investment performance
- Support business development efforts for investment and development opportunities
- Prepare investment proposals including cash flow and financial analysis, presentation and approval papers
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years (Senior Analyst) / 3 years (Manager) of relevant experience in real estate industry.
- Preferably with experience in hospitality & experience in healthcare will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with real estate markets
- Possess strong analytical and financial skills
- Knowledge and past experiences in similar Real Estate / Investment and Asset Management roles is a bonus
