Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review and update BPR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with industry standards
- Conduct assessments of business processes using process analysis tools to identify continuous improvement opportunities in operational productivity and/or streamlining of workflows
- Develop and lead implementation of business process reengineering (BPR) strategies and/or solutions to optimize operational efficiency
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of BPR initiatives against predefined metrics and objectives
- Ensure seamless integration of BPR solutions with existing systems
- Communicate BPR concepts and methodologies effectively to internal stakeholders across functional teams to ensure understanding and buy-in of process improvement initiatives
- Provide expert guidance on BPR methodologies to foster a culture of process excellence
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, IT, or related field of studies
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business process analysis and improvement
- Possess experience in projects and cross-functional teams management
- Proficiency in process analysis methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, and/or other similar frameworks
- Possess certifications such as, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, BPMN certification, and/or other relevant process improvement certifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
