Responsibilities
· Retrieval, issuance and return of physical files, present in mailroom during operational hour, raise delivery dockets,
· Manage collection of mails and parcels, update mail register
· Delivery of newspaper to senior management office, perform price comparison between vendors on overseas dispatch of document/parcel before engaging etc.
Requirements
Have the minimum academic qualifications of ‘N’/‘O’ level
Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, proficient to use computer etc
