We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital & Ecommerce Executive to join our growing team. As a pivotal member of our digital marketing and ecommerce efforts, you will be responsible for driving online sales through effective digital marketing strategies and optimizing our ecommerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of digital marketing channels, ecommerce platforms, and consumer behavior in the digital space.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our ecommerce platforms to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor cruise listings, pricing, and inventory management to maximize sales opportunities.
- Implement strategies to increase online traffic, improve conversion rates, and enhance the online shopping experience.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, SEM, SEO) to drive traffic and sales.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Optimize marketing spend and ROI based on campaign performance and budget allocation.
- Ensure product descriptions, images, and other content are optimized for ecommerce platform.
- Improve user experience on the website by implementing best practices in navigation, design, and functionality.
- Assist in marketing events when required.
- Performs other marketing-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- At least three years of related experience highly preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and ecommerce management.
- Strong understanding of online sales strategies and customer management.
- Proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc) and content management system (CMS).
- Familiarity in SEO best practices and digital marketing concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
