Job Summary:
We are seeking a Site Project Co-ordinator to assist and manage multiple renovation projects consecutively, ensuring timely and smooth project execution and completion. The successful candidate will coordinate resources and arrange sub-contractors schedules and respective jobscope, and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities
- - Assisting main Project Manager and managing interior design projects from conception to completion.
- - Coordinating and supervising project teams and contractors.
- - Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- - Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction.
- - Managing project documentation and administrative tasks as required.
- - Resolve any issues and defects rectification on-site.
Requirements:
- - Bachelor's degree in any field.
- - Has experience in project management in renovation or construction industry.
- - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.
- - Excellent communication, problem-solving and time management skills.
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- - Strong analytical and financial management skills
