Job description:
- Prepare M & E co-ordinator drawing and M&E submissions
- Assist project manager to coordinate sub-contract works
- Review and align M&E design and project drawings to ensure compliance with specification and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, project team and ect on project progress
- Liaise with consultants to solve technical problems
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Job requirements:
- Minimum diploma in Building M&E or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant local experience
- Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
- Able to work independently
