Salary: Up to $5400
Duration: 2 years contract
Location: Tanjong Pagar (6 mins walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for process improvements by centralizing and maintaining templates, manuals and documents.
- Create and deliver timely reports on leases, budgets and overall departmental performance.
- Provide data accuracy, system security and leveraging technology to improve workflows.
- Review internal processes, developing policies and onboarding new staff.
- Ensure clear communication between the manager and the leasing team by providing feedback to improve processes and systems.
Requirements:
- At least a degree in Accounting, Business, or Real Estate.
- Excellent analytical, research and problem-solving skills are a must.
- Detail oriented and strong quantitative skills with a foundation in financial analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Dedicated team player with a service-oriented attitude.
- Meticulous with strong initiative and be able to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
