About the role:
We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Head of Sales with a proven background in sales.
As the Head of Sales, you will be crucial in driving our company's growth by generating new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships, and closing sales deals within the solar industry.
Your responsiblities will include presenting innovative solar solutions, achieving ambitious sales targets, and overseeing project operations.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand the company’s customer base and enhance its market presence.
- Lead recruiting efforts, establish objectives, provide coaching, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
- Cultivate enduring customer relationships by collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs.
- Deliver comprehensive sales, revenue, expense reports, and accurate forecasts to the management team.
- Stay informed about emerging markets, market dynamics, new products, and competitive landscape adjustments.
