- Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on customer requests
- Verifying the identification and age of customers
- Operating cash registers and writing or printing bills for customers
- Accepting payment from customers and balancing cash receipts
- Cleaning glasses and bar utensils and the space around it
