Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules in consultation with the project team.
- Preparation of Baseline programs and Project time schedules on Primavera 6 and MS-Project, incl. updating & monitoring.
- Coordinate with the client’s planner to ensure smooth operation & planning
- Prepare 4 Week Rolling Programme to monitor progress in Weekly Meetings
- Prepare and submit monthly progress
- Report with Physical Progress S-Curve
- Monitor site progress and establish a catch-up program if any delay.
- Coordinate with QS for Site Progress Claims (4D submission) and EOT Preparation
- Keep track of the critical activities and prepare micro programs to meet up the key dates.
- Co-ordinate with the client in the weekly meeting by providing a pictorial representation of the progress and ahead/delay
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Min 5 years experience in large-scale projects with hands-on experience in planning and scheduling for civil projects such as LTA
- Proficient in Primavera P6
