Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Providing before & after-sales support
- Following-up and closing leads provided
- Provide customer service and advisory support to customers on compliance requirements related to their respective businesses
- Commit to ensuring that personal and team KPIs are met
- Provide quality and efficient after-sales services to customers
- Maintain good working relations with the customers
- Have a strong understanding of the services provided to the customers
- Act as the primary point of contact between the customers and the company
- Office: West, Singapore
- Working schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 9am-6pm
