Responsibilities:
- Interacts closely with Client/Customers regarding their technical questions.
- Supervised daily operations in the laboratory and ensures that all activities are align with the required standard/specifications and safety protocols.
- Prepares report on all laboratory tests, this include analysis and interpretation of the results.
- Contributes in business development opportunities for new services or new methodologies.
- Willing to conduct various laboratory tests (if necessary) I.e. Triaxial test, Consolidation test, resilient modulus test and soil classification test.
- Maintaining the equipment, ensures all equipment are calibrated with required accuracy and functioning properly.
- Ensures all the report are submitted to client as per scheduled deadlines.
- Monitor the status of all received sample from sample preparation to report submission.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical or a closely related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of soil mechanics principles and behavior.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office specially at MS Excel.
- No experience but have strong knowledge/interest in geotechnical materials are welcome to apply.
