As a leading software company, we are looking for IT Supports to join our team to provide support on our web application solutions to our clients!
- Salary: Up to $4,000 + AWS + VB
- 12-hours rotating shift (8am-8pm/ 8pm-8am)
- Hybrid working arrangement
- Location: Tanjong Pagar
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and assistance to clients via various channels (email, phone, chat, etc)
• Troubleshoot software issues reported by clients, resolve them effectively, and provide timely updates on the status of ongoing support cases
• Utilize support ticketing systems to track and manage support cases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
• 1 year of working experience in IT support role
• Knowledge in HTML and Java
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional support experiences
Good to have:
• Domain knowledge in blockchain technologies, capital markets technology, and financial payments technology would be advantageous
• Experience in supporting fintech related software applications is a plus
