Operations Support
- Involved in Incident, Problem, Change and Services Request Management for ICT for across the Group of companies.
- Perform and own technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure (WAN, MPLS, LAN, Wireless, Firewall etc).
- Monitor and configuration of Server Cluster and Virtual Machines.
- Provide timely support and status updates during incidents to stakeholders and upper management teams.
- Ensure availability and continuity of the infrastructure services and deliver excellent level of platform availability by exceeding internal service level agreements.
- Supporting IT team across the region.
Operations Management
- Administer and recommend changes for various processes to ensure escalation of operational proficiency.
- Develop and analyse all key operational metrics to evaluate performance.
- Develop various comprehensive dashboards and provide upgrade to various tools.
- Develop and maintain effective communication systems and channels to facilitate members and improve correspondence within the organization. (Sharepoint, Outlook etc)
- Maintain and ensure compliance of various documents for operational systems and update it as required.
- Monitor and identify all obsolete procedures and processes and ensure resolution.
Key Required Experience, Skills and Ability
- 3 years or more technical hands-on experience and leading cyber-security implementation
- Proficient in knowledge of internet routing protocols and technologies including TCP/IP, OSFP, BGP, MPLS/VPN, GRE/IPSEC, D/QoS
- 3 years experienced in security architecture and management of UTM appliances such as firewalls and its security features of IPS, IDS, DPI, AV, Anti-Spoof, DoS/DDoS etc.
- 3 years or more experience in Azure AD, Office 365 administration, and SharePoint Online out-of-box solution
- Manages, support and maintain ICT infrastructure including:
- Cisco ASA Firewall, Palo Alto Firewall, Aruba Switches, Wireless, Clearpass
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager
- Dell VXRail and VMware
- Exceptional end-user support mindset and orientation
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-changing environment.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, and able to contribute and present in a concise manner.
- Ability to conduct research into and distil information from a wide range of ICT solutions.
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to details.
- Have a strong desire to learn continually and grow professionally.
Candidates having Certifications in the following products would be added advantage:
- Cisco CCNA/CCNP/CCIE
- Palo Alto ACE/PCNSE
- Aruba ACCA/ACSA
