My client, a well-established travel agency firm, is seeking a Ticketing Executive to join their team. You will play a key role in handling ticketing and operation work.
Responsibilities:
- Handle tour & hotel arrangements for Group package tours.
- Liaise with Airlines for the group seats arrangements.
- Manage the ticket issuance, coordinated ticket delivery and refund as required.
- Arrange Pre-tour briefing for the group tour.
- Prepare EO (ie. Exchange Order) for tour guide’s expenses and salary pay out.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Tourism or Hospitality relevant qualifications.
- Minimally 2 year of ticketing experience in tourism firm.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficiency in Amadeus (GDS)/ Abacus/ Galileo/ Sabre system.
