Key Responsibilities:
1. L1 Technical Support: Provide basic support to end-users and application teams for security tools, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
2. Vendor Communication: Collaborate with vendors to acquire necessary updates, patches, and support for security tools.
3. Alert Monitoring: Assist in monitoring security tool alerts and notifications, escalating potential issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
4. Tools Inventory: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT security tools, including antivirus software, EDR, micro-segmentation, and other security solutions.
5. Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile security tools inventory with active licenses and installations to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate asset management.
6. Reporting: Generate reports on tool inventory, license status, and reconciliation results for management and compliance purposes.
7. Documentation Management: Maintain organized records of reconciliation activities, updates, and communications with vendors.
