UCLE IP Architect
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture definition of UCLE IPs, including understanding customer requirements, defining specifications, and ensuring alignment with product roadmaps.
- Drive the development of UCLE IP cores from concept through to delivery, focusing on performance optimization, power efficiency, and area minimization.
- Collaborate closely with system architects and other IP teams to ensure seamless integration of UCLE IPs into larger SoC designs, considering system-level constraints and interactions.
- Ensure UCLE IP designs comply with industry standards and specifications, staying updated with the latest advancements in UCLE technology.
- Implement rigorous verification methodologies to ensure UCLE IPs meet functional and performance requirements, leveraging simulation, emulation, and prototyping techniques.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, guidelines, and application notes. Provide technical support to internal teams and customers regarding UCLE IP integration, usage, and troubleshooting.
- Stay abreast of emerging UCLE technologies and industry trends. Conduct research to propose innovative solutions that enhance UCLE IP performance, functionality, and competitiveness.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with around 10 years of experience in IP architecture design and development, with a focus on UCLE or related IP cores.
- Expertise in RTL design, verification methodologies (e.g., UVM), synthesis, and timing closure.
- In-depth knowledge of UCLE IP architecture, protocols, and implementation considerations.
- Proven track record in leading complex IP development projects, from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of system-level design considerations and integration challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with industry standards and specifications related to UCLE.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate, problem-solve, and drive technical excellence in IP development.
- Have good communication skills, high sense of responsibility, strong sense of delivery, and excellent team spirit.
