Job Responsibilities
- Prepare project schedules and budgets
- Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Execute projects with minimal supervision within budget & schedule
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the projects
- Work closely with the Procurement team to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods
- Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, method statements, client updates and attend meetings
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Manage sub-contractor and ensure work compliance with specifications
- Identify issues and escalate to Project Management well ahead of time
- Ensure project documents are complete and stored appropriately
- Comply with and help to enforce standard policies and procedures
- Responsible for working safely and meeting the EHS regulations on site
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Specialist qualification in refrigeration and air-conditioning and Energy Management will be an added advantage
- At least 3 years of Project Experience preferably in the field of energy management or construction
- Well versed with HVAC systems and knowledge on HVAC(ACMV) controls and Start- Delta and Auto Transformer starters
- Experience in managing & liaising with Sub-Contractors, Client and internal teams
- Experience in delivering project for industrial MNC clients is added benefit
- Design knowledge of piping and ducting according to ASHRAE Standards will be an advantage
- Knowledge on selecting the equipment such as Pumps, AHU, Chillers, Fans will be added advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Projects
- Independent and self-starter with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Possess positive mindset and eagerness to learn
- Possess attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
