The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and understanding stakeholders throughout the organization that contribute to the CLM Prospecting capability. This role requires a self-motivated individual who excels in communication across various levels, from working group users/subject matter experts to senior management. The candidate should possess an organized and meticulous mindset.
Responsiblities:
- Establish and manage a cross-functional working group to align and agree on the strategic direction of the capability within the bank’s operational framework.
- Organize and plan work components essential for delivering key aspects of the capability.
- Lead the working group in developing a medium-term capability roadmap and defining immediate-term business requirements.
- Develop and maintain the essential artifacts of the CLM Prospecting capability.
- Support the Business Management Organization in effectively engaging with the CLM Target Operating Model (TOM) Program.
Requirements:
- Experience in Private Banking front office operations and understanding of business integration for successful implementation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel/Power BI, and Word.
- Strong grasp of project management tools and principles, with experience in organized change management and issue-based problem-solving.
- Attention to detail, conscientiousness, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines and targets.
