The team provides IT support for employees and manages the IT Concierge and operate on-site.
Job Description:
- Support end user onsite and remotely to resolve IT related issues daily
- Manage IT assets
- Manage IT hardware tokens
- Manage IT accounts
- Manage IT provisioning and IT induction on new hires first day of work
- Data destruction / Data Degaussing
- Support rollout of IT projects / initiatives e.g. coordination with stakeholders and employees, data progress tracking.
Requirements:
- Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident
- A relevant Diploma or Nitec Cert with relevant IT experience
Other Information:
- Yearly Performance Bonus
- Duration: 1 Year (renewable)
- Working hrs: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm
