Job Description:
• Log extraction from electronics products according to SOP
• Preparation work on electronics products for hardware investigation (Access inside by jig and laptop PC) according to SOP
• Support investigation work
• Data input/uploading work into management system
• Data input/uploading work into authorities management system
• Periodical check on authorities management system and summarize situation
• Preparation and compiling of reports before official submission to relevant agency
• Preparation of shipping slips/invoices in case further investigation at overseas company is needed
• Preparation, fine-tuning and improving of internal SOPs
• Coordination work by email/phone with outside companies and authority, like submitting report, requesting password, etc.
• Periodical follow-up of root cause analysis of detected fault on electronical products with MHI and outside companies
• Packing work in case further investigation at overseas company is needed
• Faulty goods collecting from Automobile Association approved workshops and care centers
• Periodical inventory follow-up of collected faulty goods
• To Raise Purchase Requisition in Intramart
• Handle any other related ad-hoc assignments as and when required
