You are passionate about the craft and understand how to produce ideas that meet or exceed expectations from the brief, being able to judge the strength of those ideas and present internally with your recommendations.
Our Junior Designers are a key contributors and trusted members of the team. Our projects will vary across the entire marketing ecosystem from Visual communication ideation & adaptation, Packaging design & regionalisation, Retail communication and POS design.
An understanding of UX-UI design is also very beneficial
The Key skills and attributes we are looking for will include
• Being comfortable working independently but comfortable asking for help when ever needed.
• Understanding the power of distinctive brand assets and how to create / redesign, have ability to think strategically and demonstrate a strong understanding on the consumer and their needs across the purchase journey.
• Working well with the other creatives and becoming a key team member responsible for delivering design excellence and value for our clients
• Being meticulously organised and comfortable contributing to design projects via our online workflow system - critical to our Brand Mechanics efficiency offering
• Willingness to learn how to present to clients with passion and flair, develop client relationships and be able to position ideas along a spectrum, have an opinion on how a presentation should be put together and the journey we want to take clients on.
Experience level - 2-3 years (Recent graduates may apply)
