Administrative Assistant Job Description
- Handle the procedures of all orders & shipping documents accurately
- Monitor and expedite delivery according to production schedule.
- Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal
- Liaise with client/agent to obtain delivery information upon receipt of sales order
- Communicate and coordinate with warehouse, logistic partner and client/agent to ensure smooth and timely delivery
- Prepare documents for delivery
- Arrange transportation with logistic partner
- Follow up on delivery note after completion
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by Operation Manager
- Filing and maintaining of documents
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office
- Min ‘O’ level, Diploma or equivalent.
- Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.
- Meticulous, highly organized & excellent team spirit
- Independent, takes initiatives, fast learner
- Positive attitude & performance oriented
- Ability to multitask & prioritize
- Good time management
- Keen to learn & explore beyond own capability
