- Prepare and submit daily field reports on site operations and activities including manpower details (project resources).
- You will play an ‘instrumental’ role in the design, development, maintenance and installation of the gadgets and contraptions which are used to manage and regulate engineering processes and systems in power plants, factories and other industrial organisations.
- Responsible for researching, designing and developing new systems and devices which will be used to control, monitor and regulate industrial processes and operations.

- The Mechanical Engineer will report to the Project Manager-Mechanical and support him in all areas of operational/assigned works.
- Responsible for the smooth and timely completion of projects at the various sites with full compliance to the technical, contractual, safety, quality, legal and environmental requirements / specifications of the project as well as within the budget allocated. Responsible for maintaining strong client relationship.
- Ensure that spare parts and other hardware supplies are well scheduled, catered for, made available and effectively stored/used.
- Ensure that all operational documentations and records maintenance / enhancement / operations are well managed in accordance with prescribed quality standards and requirements.
- Responsible for the supervision and managing of site activities including that of subcontractors. Extend engineering expertise and impart technical knowledge/skill for ongoing projects and bidding processes.
- Ensure projects are completed within specified time & budget with focus on “goal zero” and ensure compliance to all relevant regulatory.
- Coordinate with suppliers/contractors to reduce wastage due to unproductivity time and to assure all manpower supplied have all the relevant certification and qualification. Organizing resources beside manpower, machinery, equipment, work materials, etc. for the project. Verify and approve all suppliers’ invoice.
- You are to warrant completeness in submissions. Responsible for projects assigned, to plan, control and schedule works to the project.
- Facilitate, as required, daily toolbox meetings and coordinate with HSE department to ensure regulatory and clients HSE compliance
- Degree with 3 years of relevant work experience and/or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of relevant work experienceProficient in English is compulsory
- Proficient in AUTOCAD software, Project Management Software,
- Customer service oriented mindset
- Experience in the Petrol-Chemical Industry would be preferred
- Able to work under pressure and meet the demands of the job effectively and efficiently.
