Surveyor Executive (Outbound and Inbound) Up to $3k

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls and field visits to collect timely and reliable data.
2. Handle incoming hotline and mailbox inquiries to resolve respondents’ issues.
3. Compile, record, and input survey returns and data accurately into the system.
4. Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability.
5. Establish and maintain relationships with respondents throughout the project period.
6. Ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met based on the project timeline.
7. Provide status reports to the supervisor.

Working Details:

• Days & Hours: 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday, up to 44 hours per week.
• Location: Novena/Clarke Quay.
• Contract Duration: Till 31 December 2024, with possibility of renewal based on performance and project needs.
• Salary: $3,000 per month.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to conduct surveys effectively through outbound calls and field visits.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and verification.
• Customer service oriented to handle respondent inquiries and issues.
• Ability to manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines and KPIs.
• Previous experience in survey administration or a similar role may be advantageous.
