Personal Financial Consultant, Chinese Bank
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients.
• Provide expert advice on various financial products and services offered by the bank.
• Conduct detailed financial assessments of clients' current financial status, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
• Recommend suitable products and services that align with clients' financial goals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments within the bank to leverage cross-selling opportunities and enhance customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting financial products and services.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certification preferred.
• Proven experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related field within the banking industry.
• Strong understanding of investment products, insurance policies, and financial regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese speaking and writing so as to liaise with both English and Chinese speaking customers effectively.
