Job Descriptions:
Claims Processing System:
- Manage and process regional claims submitted by RRSA service partners.
- Ensure timely submission of claims into the warranty system within 60 days from Repair Open (RO) date.
- Coordinate the procurement and shipment of spare parts, as well as return process for warranty spare parts from service partners.
- Handle and support billing and payment processes.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for warranty-related claims for service partners and assist to resolve any disputes or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Customer Support, Warranty and Sales team to facilitate claim processing and resolution.
Documentation Standardization and Reporting:
- Ensure a well-organized system is in place to track the entire process of claims from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and regulatory requirements for documentation and archival.
Continuous Improvement Process
- Introduce a feedback loop from stakeholders to gather insights and refine processes continually.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify opportunities for further enhancements.
Expected Deliverables:
- Processing of warranty claims within stipulated time.
- Stakeholder management.
- Ensure regular billing and payment.
- Monthly report of claims status
Requirements
- Possess a Degree/Diploma with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in warranty administration, customer service, or similar administrative capacities.
- Proficient with SAP and MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication abilities, capable of effectively managing interactions with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy in data entry and diligent record- keeping.
