Job Description:
- Conceptualize, develop and execute integrated marketing calendar and communications plan, promotional-related activities, ad-hoc requests within the company and its affiliated entities to help achieve business objectives.
- Monitor media reporting, competitor marketing activities, provide recommendations related to competitive product offers, pricing, content, and consumer engagement for offline and online channels.
- Deliver monthly reporting on sales summary, key insights and promotional spending to make recommendations for ad campaign changes and promotions to drive business objectives.
- Updating and creation of content to increase brand outreach and consumer awareness through internal and external channels.
- Identify and collaborate with KOLs / partnerships that drive brand awareness and conversions.
- Develop a membership marketing plan to grow and retain members.
- Assist in adaptation, production and updating of in-store and digital marketing and branding assets when required.
- Work and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for campaigns and promotions and getting strategic alignment with departments when required.
- Undertake daily marketing administration tasks and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Management / Marketing / Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B industry. Candidates with prior experience in working with creative and PR agencies are welcomed.
- Proficiency in Adobe design software will be preferred.
- Good written and oral communications skills and able to communicate in Mandarin and translate content from English to Chinese.
- Experienced working with major Web analytics and reporting tools – Ideally Google Analytics.
- Video-taking/editing and photography experience is a plus.
- Good time management, meticulous, attention to detail, organised and efficient.
- Strong understanding of Marketing fundamentals and good analytical skills.
