Job Description:
- To ensure that all guests are welcomed with warmth.
- To engage the guests when they are in queue to recommend our signature dishes and provide required assistance.
- If there are big group of guests, let the guests know of our seating policy when they are in the queue.
- To engage interested mall patrons in our promotions and to try to lead them into the restaurant.
- To build up the outlet regular customer base by obtaining their contact info when they dine in and share with/call them when our company launches new promotions/menus/launches etc.
- To custom-made set menus for guests according to the guests’ requirements.
- Engage with leaving guests to check on their dining experience and if there is anything that needs attention on.
- Maintain the restaurant entrance area cleanliness, including all equipment within.
- To check outlet phone regularly & answer guests enquiries.
- To check reservation status, call customer to confirm reservation.
- Always use walkie talkie to communicate with floor staffs about table arrangements & table availability.
- To constant review & to develop best work practices.
- Assist in other job duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma Holder and above.
- Minimum 3 years relevant prior experience.
- Understand restaurant work flow.
- Have good chinese food product knowledge.
- A good leader & team player.
- Insist on hygiene standard / safety in the restaurant.
- Supreme organizing skill.
