Job Scope
- Sales order processing - Sales order/ Purchase order / Delivery order/ Invoicing.
- Provide, assist & support service and maintenance call & administration in all other matters.
- Reply customer enquiries and E-commerce.
- Quotation of sales & parts.
- Handling Export & Import matter including prepare customer documents according to freight delivery needs
- Handle faxes/ letters / enquiries internally and externally
- Chasing payment & email SOA to customer.
- Other task that assigns by the management.
Requirement
- GCE O Level / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in sales admin / shipping matters preferred
