We are seeking an experienced nd dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Key Resposibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of the marketing content, including digital, print, and multimedia.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, emails etc.
- Conduct market reseach and analyze trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, partners and vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communications, presentations, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Experience with budget management and allocation.
