Responsibilities:
- Planning & achieving sales objectives & monthly sales target
- Able to present and introduce product/ services with in-depth knowledge
- Liaise with affiliates to grow new sales and provide technical support, as and when required
- Pre-sales preparation such as preparing project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, completion of technical specifications, delivering catalogues and engineering data to affiliates.
- Prepare sales and delivery order, update delivery schedule and ensure goods are delivered on schedule, as and when required
- Handle affiliates complaints and subsequently coordinate and follow up with internal departments to resolve issues
- Manage good customer relationship with existing clients
- Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
- Willing to travel with APEC regions (30%).
- Proactive and influential personality with ability to persuade and drive decisions.
- Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
