Job Description:
- Work closely with Project Manager and site manager to manage the projects.
- Supervise all works carried out by sub-contractors in accordance to specifications, shop drawings & method statements.
- To atttend weekly site progress meeting.
- To ensure smooth progression and timely completion of quality works in accordance to schedule.
- To provide reports and daily activity updates to management
- To ensure that the project team always follow the safety work procedure to maintain a safe working environment.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
Familiar with construction drawings.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work on tight deadlines, task oriented and meticulous with keen eye for details.
Able to work independently and a team player.
Able to lead a team of workers efficiently.
