Job Description
- Ensure all incidents are handle in a professional and timely manner and all complaints shall be reported to the Management within short period
- Assist Management, employees and guest in every way that is consistent with the protection and prevention objectives
- Ensure that all security systems function smoothly. Initiate immediate corrective action when fault is detected
- Assist in traffic control, managing crowd for safe-distancing and monitoring as to detect and prevention of any dispute
- Coordinate with key personnel and government agencies on routine matters and during emergency.
- Informed latest development of situation in a crisis.
- Monitor back of hotel areas with particular attention to unauthorised entry and exit points
- Maintain records in respective Log Books for future reference
- Patrolling and Observation Duties
- Required to perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Management
Job Requirement
- PLRD licensed / WSQ Certification in Security Operations.
- Certified in First Aid, CPR and AED.
- Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
- Pro-active, energetic, self-driven and highly motivated team player with an interest in the hospitality industry and/or security operations.
