Position:Sales Manager (Shops and Atrium Focus)
Working Days: 5.5 days work week
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (weekday) / 9am to 1pm (Saturday)
Salary Range:$3000-$4000 basic + commissions +AWS+VB
Working Location: Jurong logistics hub (LakeSideMRT)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall sales performance of the shops and atrium team, including setting sales targets and monitoring progress towards achieving them.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans, activities, and campaigns and manage day-to-day activities of a Sales team in order to implement the company’s strategies to drive revenue growth, strengthen of the brand building, increase customer loyalty, and maximize profitability.
  • Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility.
  • Coach and train sales staff to ensure they have the product knowledge and sales techniques necessary to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions that drive foot traffic and increase sales.
  • Maintain an attractive and organized shops and atrium area by ensuring products are displayed effectively and shelves are fully stocked.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors' activities, and make recommendations to management for staying competitive in the market.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of sales staff and provide feedback, coaching, and support to help them achieve their targets.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a shops and atrium setting
  • Ability to develop and implement effective Sales strategy, effective negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations.
