Job Description
- Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including incorporation of Companies and LLP, strike-off, preparation of directors/shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters
- Update and maintain clients’ company statutory registers and records
- Perform KYC and Due Diligence for clients
- Maintain corporate records to serve as a point of reference for compliance issues
- Preparation of Annual General Meeting documents and Filling of annual returns
- Issue invoices for renewals and client services
- Remind clients of filing deadlines
- Perform other corporate or business-related requests as required
- Managing team and delegating tasks accordingly
Job Requirement
- Experienced senior level Corporate Secretary to service our portfolio of corporate clients
- Must have a good communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable in speaking mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients would be an advantage
- Preferred Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- At least 3 years of Corporate Secreterial experience
